DXR fabric setting machine is mainly used for fabric sizing, tentering and setting processes, such as wrap and weft knitted fabric and artificial fur etc.
With decades years of experience, oven insulation, operation stability, and productivity has great improvement. Mechanical technology and electrical control have also been improved and upgraded according to users feedback.

Regular Deploy
1.The electrical cabinet adopts the "Rito" cabinet, and all the electrical appliances are imported from Japan's Mitsubishi, Denmark's Danfoss, and France's Schneider.
2.Guide rails, chains, needle plates: famous national brand is selected.
3.Main drive and circulating motor: adopt the structure of high temperature resistant machine.
4.Insulation door panel: The whole machine adopts 150mm thickness insulation board (made of 1.2-1.5mm galvanized sheet and high-density insulation rock wool), and the whole machine door panel adopts high-temperature silicone strip to connect with the oven frame to maximize the insulation performance, reducing heat loss.
5.Heating methods: If use steam, heat transfer oil (select high-quality extruded radiators). If use natural gas direct combustion (high-quality burners, such as "Hankoff" or "Riya Road" industrial-grade burners, etc.)
