Introduction
This machine is suitable for drying of hank yarn.
Max. Working temperature is 120 degree.
Novel hot air circulation system
The hot air circulation is mainly composed of motor, fan, fan holder, air deflector and air vent. In order to improve the drying efficiency, 10 fans are inverted and installed on top of machine, special impeller are used for hot air circulation.The function of thermal cycle: the heat emitted by the heater, through the wind force of the fan and the suction of the 4KW side fan, makes the hot air evenly go through the yarn, and circulates over and over again, resulting in the rapid drying of the yarn.
Dehumidification system
Each chamber in the dryer is equipped with a 4KW suction fan, which drives the excess wet air out of the chamber. Effectively uses the heat energy, shortens the drying time and improves the capacity of the equipment.
Drive system
The main frame of this equipment is controlled by frequency converter motor. The motor adjusts transmission speed by the adjusting switch. The drying speed depends on the drying process of different hanks. Panel operation, convenient and flexible.
Dust removal setting
Due to the hot air force, hank yarn will have fine dust, which would block the radiator air vent after years of accumulation, so we’ve arranged two sets of hot-air dust-proof filter screen to effectively prevent the harm of dust.In order to protect the air supply system, please clean the air dust filter in time!
