高温过滤材料上胶定型机
Description

     该设备适用于不同克重的化纤、玻纤的无纺布上胶拉幅热定型，尤其是高温过滤材料。

     常规参数：

1）公称宽度：1800-3600mm；

2）可供烘箱数量：4-12箱；

3）最高温度:300度，不同热源都可定制；

4）热风形式：上下风道单独喷风，独立变频控制；

5）机械设计速度：2-20米/分钟，可变频同步控制；

    工艺流程：平幅进布—储布—二辊斜轧—简易涂层—红外线探边—水平布铗拉幅烘房—冷却—牵引轧车—A 型架收卷/翻倾式表面收卷
